PAST PROJECTS
COMBINED JEWISH PHILANTHROPIES PODCAST
November 26, 2019
In November of 2019, I appeared on a CJP podcast as a guest along with two other teens. In the podcast, we talked about our experiences as Jewish teens in Boston, and how we have adapted within each of our communities. A point we focused on was the varying degrees of anti-Semitism that we had each experienced in school. This podcast has since been broadcast nationally by organizations such as NFTY, BBYO, and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). The ADL leveraged this podcast as a reason to finally start programming to help teens combat anti-Semitism in their school systems.
STIFTY NOSTALGIA NIGHT
December 7, 2019
In December, my temple youth group hosted the largest teen event that Temple Shir Tikva has had in over fifteen years. This event was completely teen-created and teen-led. The event was my idea. My co-president and I led the board in writing programs and services. The event went extremely smoothly, and was a hit amongst teens all over the northeast.
